How do I check if my gathered email leads have synced with Shopify?

You can run a simple check to make sure that your Shopify email syncing feature is working as expected.

1. Head to your Shopify dashboard.

2. Click the 'Customers' menu item.

3. In your Customers section, select the 'Accepts Marketing' tab.

4. In the search box, type in the email address of a lead you gathered in your Gather lead list.

5. If you find the email address there, it means Gather has synced it with Shopify.

6. To double check that the lead is from Gather, click on the customer entry to bring  up their details on Shopify. Then under the Tags section you should see: 'Gather Lead'.
